Dr. Owusu Ababio is a professor of civil engineering and a registered professional engineer specializing in Highway/Transportation and Pavement Management and Drainage Systems design. He also has extensive experience in the application of Geographical Information Systems (GIS) in roads and highways, and drainage projects. He has consulted and written extensively on a number of urban projects for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT), Transportation Research Board (TRB), US Federal Highway Administration and the USDOT.
Dr. Owusu Ababio obtained his Ph.D. and M.Sc in Transportation Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, USA and his B.Sc. (Hons) from University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana.
